Lent is an important time in the Church’s year. It is the time we prepare by prayer, fasting and sharing to celebrate the Lord’s Passion, death and Resurrection and renew our baptismal promises. During Lent we also especially remember in our prayers those who will be recieved into the Church at the Easter Vigil, the mother of all Vigils.
Please joins us in this Season of Lent to prepare for triuphant celebration of Easter.

Additionally, the group plans to hold a house prayer service each Tuesday & Thursday during Lentto pray for those persecuted. The services will start at 7.30pm and last no longer than 30 minutes.
No preparation is required, just a willingness to let you home be one of the 12 centres of prayer across the parish. If you would like to host a service please contact Carmel on 483 8296.
